L'Assertivo
Born and raised in Milano, graduated in Economics at the Genova University, studied in London and worked as an investment banker in NY. Then moved to LA to study Film at UCLA and pursue a career as a film producer.
For work: Film Producer. For fun: Film Producer
I actually lived for years in London and NY before LA. I left Italy by choice: I had a few offers there after my graduation but, since I was a kid, I always considered myself a sort of explorer. I have always been very curious. I chose LA because of the film business. On top of it, after the internet and tech revolution LA became the most relevant city in the world, so…
When I saw the view of LA from Mulholland Drive for the first time, at night. The air was clear and LA was sparkling like a diamond. It was love at first sight.
It’s a new architectural structure in LA. I love things that look to the future. My outfit is what I wear normally.
It shows the many facets of Italians living abroad. We are not “refugees”, but simply people with a different horizon, a different vision.
I always repeat this, like a mantra: “When you are in a meeting, when you present a project, in that very moment you represent not only yourself, but your country. Everything you say and do, in the end will reflect on the perception that people have of Italy”. In the competitive world we live in, credibility is everything.
